About the Role
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who understands the advertising and digital marketing industry and can efficiently manage client relationships, coordinate with internal creative teams and ensure the smooth execution of client projects.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an advertising, creative, branding or digital marketing agency.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements, expectations and campaign objectives.
Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups and project discussions.

Creative & Campaign Coordination
Receive and understand creative briefs from clients.
Communicate briefs clearly to designers, content creators, video editors and digital marketing teams.
Coordinate the execution of social media campaigns, advertising creatives, branding projects and digital marketing activities.
Ensure creative deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.

Project Management
Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Track project timelines, deliverables and client approvals.
Coordinate revisions and feedback between clients and internal teams.
Ensure timely delivery of approved creative materials.

Client Communication & Reporting
Prepare meeting notes, project updates and campaign presentations.
Share regular progress updates with clients.
Handle client feedback and resolve coordination-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation of briefs, approvals and deliverables.

Account Growth & Business Support
Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients.
Support the business development team with proposals, presentations and client pitches.
Understand client marketing requirements and recommend relevant agency services.
